Mango Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

Mango Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
8 tsp chia seeds
1 Restore tonic
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mango
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 3/4 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla

Method
Mix chia seed and coconut milk.
Stir mixture and the ingredients in a bowl or mason jar.
Let it sit for five minutes and cover for 2 hours or preferably overnight.
To serve, top the pudding with berries and/or seasonal fruit
Store for up to 5 to 7 days in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator.
