This week, we are sharing our favorite recipes starring our super star Immunity Powder!

 

Raspberry Rose Jun Kombucha Float 
A family friendly, sugar-free adaptation of a soda float. It is packed with digestive enhancing Jun Kombucha, made with raw honey and green tea, and our new Immunity Powder.

Ingredients

1 sachet of Immunity Powder
1 scoop of Raspberry Sorbet
12oz of Raspberry Goji Rose Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha

Method

Mix powder and Jun in a separate small glass together.
Add the sorbet to a chilled glass.
Gently pour the kombucha/immunity mixture over the top.

Rise and Shine Immunity Tonic
A Torii Labs adaptation of Jamu Juice, a traditional Indonesian healing drink

Ingredients

1 sachet of Immunity Powder
1/2 cup fresh turmeric roots
3/4 cup fresh ginger roots
4 cups filtered water
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cracked black pepper

Method

Slice unpeeled turmeric and ginger.
Place in all ingredients and water in blender.
Blend for about 1 minute.
Strain with nut bag, cheesecloth or rice strainer into bowl mason jar or pitcher.
Pour into mugs or glasses.
Store leftovers in the fridge with an airtight lid.

Immune-Boosting Sparkling Tropical Lemonade

Ingredients

1 sachet of Immunity Powder
16oz of Mountain Valley sparkling spring water
1 tbsp of raw Activist Manuka honey
1/2 - 1 lemon

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar.
Stir and adjust to taste, i.e. more honey or lemon.
Top off with ice and a lemon wedge.

Spiced Autumn Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 sachet of Immunity Powder
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 banana
1 apple
2 tbsp hazelnut butter
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
1 inch knob of ginger

Method

Peel and slice the pumpkin into small cubes.
Steam until very soft and drain.
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until silky smooth and creamy.
Pour into two bowls.
Top with seasonal fruit, crunchies of choice and a dash of cinnamon.

Vegan Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 sachet of Immunity Powder
1 frozen banana
1 tsp of Laka Living Matcha powder
1 tsp of coconut sugar
100ml of cashew (or coconut) milk
1-2 cups of ice

Method

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
Scoop and serve with your favorite toppings.

Superfood Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients

2 sachets of Immunity Powder
1 cup of coconut yogurt
1 cup of seasonal fruit
1 cup of gluten-free granola
*optional* spoonful of nut butter

Method

Divide coconut yogurt between two bowls.
Add powder to each bowl.
Stir to combine.
Top each bowl with fruit.
Sprinkle granola (and optional nut butter).
