Cherry Moon Milk

Ingredients
1/2 cup of sprouted nut mylk
1/2 cup of chamomile tea
1 Unwind tonic
1/2 to 1 tbsp raw honey
Handful of rose petals

Method
Steep chamomile in boiled water to make tea.
Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan.
Heat on medium and stir to combine.
Pour into mugs and sprinkle rose petals on top.
