The ultimate pre-bedtime snack, these bliss balls will help you drift sweetly into your midnight dreams. Blissful Sleep Bliss Balls

Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 Unwind tonic
1/2 cup dried tart cherries
1/2 cup of cacao nibs
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup of raw Activist Manuka honey
1/4 cup sprouted almond butter
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dates
*hemp seeds for dusting

Method
In a small bowl, combine chia seeds and Unwind.
Place in refrigerator to set for 30 minutes.
In a food processor, combine sunflower seeds, coconut and cacao nibs.
Pulse into chopped smaller pieces, not a paste.
Add the rest of the ingredients and chia seed mixture to food processor.
Process until everything has completely combined.
Hand roll dough into 1/2 inch balls.
Dust with hemp seeds.
Place in refrigerator to set for 6-8 hours.
