Adaptogenic Vegan Caesar Dressing

In particular, our renowned Awake elixir is highly versatile. Its subtle flavors blend beautifully into various food combinations. Lately, our Torii family has been LOVING plant-based caesar salads, with warm sautéed mushrooms and roasted chickpeas. We found that our  Awake elixir tastes divine in a  vegan caesar dressing, turning this simple recipe into an adaptogenic masterpiece!

Adaptogenic Vegan Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
1 Awake tonic
3/4 cup of cashews
2/3 cup almond milk
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp capers
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Large pinch of Himalayan salt

Method
Place cashews into a blender with a few tablespoons of milk
Pulse until smooth paste forms
Once smooth, add the rest of the dressing ingredients
Pulse until a thick, smooth dressing forms
Add milk as needed for desired consistency
