I N G R E D I E N T S
⤅ 1 Torii elixir of your choice
⤅ 1 ripe banana
⤅ 1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves
⤅ 3-4 fresh mint leaves or peppermint extract
⤅ 1/2 cup milk of your choice (we love oat!)
⤅ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
⤅ 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
⤅ 1/4 cup cacao nibs
⤅ Fresh fruit/shredded coconut/extra mint leaves for topping
⤅ (optional) 1 serving vanilla protein powder
M E T H O D
𝟙 Blend all ingredients minus the cacao nips and toppings. Add more milk if necessary - you are looking for a thick, smooth consistency. If you prefer a more 'sip-able' texture, add more milk until desired consistency is reached. If you are wanting to turn it into a smoothie bowl, use additional ice and opt for a thicker texture.
𝟚 Add in cacao nibs and blend to incorporate while retaining some of the texture of the nibs. We love the crunchy surprise when enjoying our smoothie bowls!
𝟛 Pour into a glass and enjoy! Alternatively, get creative by pouring into a bowl and adding toppings. Some of our favorites are berries, shredded coconut, and additional nut butter.
